Floating Air® Premier units are equipped with a variable speed compressor. This technology not only increases the unit’s energy efficiency but also minimizes noise disruptions with ultra quiet operation.
Floating Air® Premier units offer our highest efficiencies ever! In cooling mode, Friedrich’s Fast Pro® technology can operate at low ambient temperatures as low as 0°F. Operation in heating mode will continue at low ambient temperatures as low as -13°F.
Cooling, Heating, Fan and Auto modes are easily controlled on the Floating Air® Premier with a wireless remote control. System operators can also set a 24-hour on/off timer on the unit or put it in a sleep mode operation setting. Temperature display is only visible on the unit during operation.
Select Floating Air® Premier models are ENERGY STAR® qualified. All models come in recyclable packaging.
Floating Air® units come with a standard 7-year limited parts warranty and a 10-year compressor warranty.
All Friedrich ductless models are required to be installed by a licensed HVAC contractor.
