POSITION: Parts Manager
REPORTS TO: LOCATION: San Antonio, TX
Manage Friedrich Service Parts operation in order to provide customers with exceptional customer service regarding their parts needs. Sales programs, documentation and inventory availability to support Friedrich’s product installation base. Responsible growing annual service parts revenue and gross margin in alignment with budgeted growth plan.
Act as the focal point for customer with service part questions or issues by assisting order entry personnel and also direct contact with customers as required.
Develop, maintain and manage service parts stock levels at SATX warehouse to satisfy customer demands, eliminate stock outs while ensuring efficient use of inventory dollars
Develop, maintain and manage consignment inventory levels for remote stocking depots to satisfy customer demands while ensuring efficient use of inventory dollars
Maintain service parts item master within Epicor.
Routinely perform on-site reconciliations of consignment inventory at parts depots.
Develop, maintain and manage service parts pricing in order to meet the financial objectives of the organization.
Develop, maintain and manage a service parts depot organization to facilitate regional availability of service parts to Friedrich’s many servicers.
Develop, maintain and manage service parts documentation to include price lists, parts manuals, and parts bulletins.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Establish strategy for parts supply chain in alignment with company mission.
Experience & Education Requirements
Five years’ experience managing a part process with positive result to strengthening supply chain with continuous revenue growth.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain.
